What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a non invasive, visual inspection of a home’s major systems and components.
At Brunswick Home Inspection we will inspect the foundation and basement, the home’s exterior including windows , doors and decks, the roof, the attic, the interior, the plumbing and water systems, the heating and electrical systems. Our inspector will look for deficiencies, defects and most importantly any issues which could cause a safety concern for you and your family.
Unfortunately, no legislation exists in New Brunswick to ensure that home inspectors are adequately trained and educated or insured. Our inspector is a Certified Professional Inspector, a designation which is subject to extensive training and examination and requires continuing education and ongoing refresher training. We are also fully insured with Errors & Omissions and Liability insurance.

Pre Purchase Home Inspection

Our Pre Sale Inspection report is prepared specifically for you to use to showcase your home and it’s condition. Should we find any maintenance issues which you choose to address we will come back and re-inspect that area of your home and update our report at no additional charge.

Home Maintenance Inspection
Owning and maintaining a home is a significant responsibility. With our busy schedules we can often take a reactionary approach to home maintenance. However, this approach can be inefficient, costly and allows problems to go undetected which can lead to unpleasant surprises.
Our Home Maintenance Inspection enables you to take a proactive approach to home maintenance. We will inspect your home and identify areas which require your attention. This will include the roof and attic, the foundation and basement, plumbing system, electrical system, heating system, garage and interior space.
When we are finished we will provide a detailed report letting you know areas which require immediate attention, issues that should be dealt with soon and things that you need to be aware of but do not require immediate action.
